1. What We Collect

When you install Courier Smart, we collect:

• Your Shopify store domain and access token (to receive order webhooks)
• Customer order data: order number, customer phone number, shipping address

2. How We Use It

We use collected data solely to recommend the best-performing courier for each order based on its delivery city, and to display your order list in the app dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas (cloud database). We do not store customer payment information.

4. Data Deletion

When you uninstall Courier Smart from your store, all your data (brand account and orders) is permanently deleted within 48 hours as required by Shopify's GDPR compliance requirements.

5. Third-Party Services

• Shopify — Order data via webhooks
• MongoDB Atlas — Secure data storage
• Railway — Application hosting
